ONYL started as a young actor for Dulaang Sibol and baritone soloist for the world-renowned Ateneo Glee Club. After finishing his AB Political Science, he pursued further studies in choral conducting at the UP College of Music and Asian Institute for Liturgy and Music. He made his professional th Born on 1979-02-06 in Makati City, Phillipines.
